If you experience an issue that requires attention, a resolution is defined by accomplishing any one of the following:

  • Providing a reasonable work-around to the issue.
  • Determination by a Unytel Representative that the issue is an enhancement request and the escalation of the request to Unytel Management for future consideration.
  • Escalation by the Unytel Support team of the incident/product defect to Equipment manufacturer for review if applicable.
